This private villa, for up to 14 persons, is located just outside the village of Episkopi in the area between Rethymnon and Georgioupolis. The beach is 3 km away from Villa Lucia. Located within walking distance from the village of Episkopi with its limited range of taverns, cafeterias and mini market. By car the surrounding towns are easily reached – Rethymnon is about 17 km away (east direction) and Georgioupolis is 11 km away (west direction). The villa, of approx. 300 sq.m. divided on two floors, can accommodate up to 14 persons and consists of 5 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms of which two have Jacuzzi, spacious fully equipped kitchen, sitting lounge with satellite TV, DVD-player, Hi-Fi stereo, and a fireplace. Free WiFi and safe are included. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool with sun beds, palm trees and a sitting area with an outdoor Barbeque. ** Driving instructions (from direction Rethymnon): Going on the national main road from Rethymnon in direction towards Chania turn left on the exit to Episkopi and Asi Gonia. This exit is about 15 km west of Rethymnon. After you reach Episkopi drive through the village. Immediately after the square you’ll see a football field on your right hand side. Approximately 500 m further ahead, on your left hand side, you’ll see a sign built from stones with the writing “Villa Lucia”. Turn left, pass the hill and you’ll reach the villa. ** ** The key will be in the door upon arrival. Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen twice a week.**
